Aisha Mosque

The construction of the “Aisha Mosque,” designed in the Mughal architectural style, is in its final stages. The two-story building, featuring three domes, can accommodate three thousand worshippers at once. In addition to the congregational prayers for Friday and the five daily prayers, the mosque hosts occasional reformative lectures by esteemed scholars and saints, as well as weekly gatherings for remembrance (Zikr). Monthly reformative sessions are also organized for students from schools, colleges, and universities, which take on the nature of a night of repentance, creating an atmosphere of remembrance and turning to Allah, along with the statements of scholars and saints.

Moreover, a comprehensive arrangement for I’tikaf (spiritual retreat) is made every Ramadan for scholars, students, and the general public, and undoubtedly, the number of I’tikaf participants increases each year. In the basement of this mosque, there are 12 classes for memorizing the Quran, filling the atmosphere with the beautiful sounds of children reciting the Quran. In addition to Quran memorization, there are also group recitation sessions for students of the Dars-e-Nizami (Islamic studies) after the Isha prayer.
