Specialization in Fiqh and Ifta

This one-year specialization program, offered by Aas Academy, aims to equip scholars with the expertise to provide authoritative Islamic legal guidance to the public.

1- Principal and procedure of fatwa composition
2- Practice in issuing fatwas (100) with 10 takjreejat
3- Resolving inheritance issues
4- Jurisprudential principles, Islamic transactions law, and Sharia standards
5- prayer times calculation, Qibla direction, and moon sighting
6- Introduction to modern economics, Islamic banking, and Takaful
7- Computer courses (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Corel Draw)
8- Access to digital libraries (Muktabah Shamila, Jibril, Khadim Al-Haramain, Maktabah Maknun)

Admission Requirements

1- Mamtaz in Aalmiyah 2nd year( daura Hadith)
2- Copies of asnad and kashf Ul darjat
3- Photocopy of identification documents with two passport-sized photographs
4- Success in written and oral exams and an interview

Curriculum

Our Ifta curriculum is designed in alignment with prominent Dar ul-Iftas across the country, covering:
1. Study: Introduction to Radd ul-Mukhtar, 'Umdat ul-Fatawa, Ahsan ul-Fatawa, and Sharh ul-Majallah.
2. Teaching: Explanation of 'Aqeeda-Rasm-ul-Mufti, principles of issuing fatwas, Adaab fatwa naweesi, and more.
3. Research and Practice: Takhreejat on various topics, issuing at least 100 fatwas, and addressing contemporary issues.
